Here are some Heroes and Super Heroes that do not need templats as they are just people with classes.
BatMan- Fighter/Rogue. High stats, level and much more money at his disposal then his level should have.
DR. Strange- High level Soc. It could be Wiz but I lean Soc.
Iron Fist- High level monk.
Jean Grey- High level Psionics
Professor X- High leve Psionics.
Punisher- High level Fighter.
